These genuine leather grip covers are designed for the handles of ONOYOSHI Japanese pruning shears, 180 mm, 200 mm and larger, depending on the model.
Leather provides a comfortable and secure grip and helps prevent the hand from slipping during precise pruning work. It also creates an elegant contrast with the steel handles characteristic of traditional Japanese pruning shears.
The leather covers are wrapped directly around the handles and secured using the supplied leather laces.

Niwashi tip
When fitting the leather covers, we recommend placing a thin strip of double-sided adhesive tape, approximately 5 mm wide, between the handle and the leather cover.
This simple trick keeps the leather cover perfectly stable on the handle during use.
